Building Your OrganisationNow you have someone who wishes to join you in your venture we need to discuss where to place them in your organisation. This is a complex subject and there are many methods used by a variety of people. The question is, which way has the capacity to build my business the fastest and strongest? In answer to that, your best option is to consider this as a business which requires Start Up Capital. That means forgoing income for a few months with a pay off of much quicker rise in residual income once you have established your team. Strength comes from having a number of leaders in depth. We suggest you start by placing people under you in a straight line down. Your ongoing monthly commitment is $175A or in the US $100USD. Each new person is encouraged to add new people to the team by placing them at the bottom of this powerline. After a few months you will have over 1,000 points in product purchases in the line and others under you contributing to keeping it growing. Built properly, it will grow forever and you now need only encourage your team to keep adding to the line. Everyone under you starts their second line when they have a growing line of at least 1,000 PV and 3 others contributing new associates. At this point you direct your efforts to creating a second line of sponsorship. Again encourage your new people to place others under them on a regular product order. Repeat this for a third line and you have in place everything you require for long term growth. This structure is simple and duplicable. Providing everyone follows the system, it is simply a matter of reinforcing your lines of sponsorship and encouraging your recruits to keep adding to the lines. There is a special bonus through which you can earn $150 a month for having 6 people on a 100 PV AO. It does enable you to earn income to cover your product, but it is at the expense of building lines of strength. The more lines you support, the weaker your organisation will be. By keeping to three lines for your personal recruiting you are supporting everyone you enroll in the business. Keep your eye on the long term goal of establishing a permanent residual income of $10,000 or more each four weeks. That's the equivalent of $2,400,000 invested at 5% per annum interest! How long would it take you to save this money. Wouldn't it be better to work building a business for a year or two to create an income stream of this dimension! From my perception, with over 6 years network marketing experience, building runaway strength in your organisation is the best way to create long term income.
